Based on massive data, the company plans to use IOT, cloud computing and AI to revitalize data resources. Therefore, a big data center need to build to be built to improve efficency, such as shorten the processing time for 3D models.

Covering an area of 2300 squre meters,the new data centre was designed to have 400 service cabinets. To ensure high reliability and smart management,the company expected to build the largest Modular Data Centre in the sector. SOLUTION

Kstar IDM integrated data center solution adopts a variable frequency energy-saving row-level of air conditioner in-column layout to eliminate local hot spots, enhancing the bearing load capacity of the single IT cabinet and isolate cold and hot air as well as decreasing energy consumption.

Based on the various construction levels, N+1 or 2N power supply and distribution design can be realized, and the entire power supply link and distribution are visible with intelligent power supply and distribution module. Quick fault positioning is achievable with intelligent alarm analysis.

The integrated UPS power distribution cabinet integrates UPS, UPS power distribution cabinet, precision array cabinet, air conditioning power distribution, lighting power distribution and other power distribution in a standard integrated cabinet. The power module has multiple capacities selection and configuration capacities based on the actual demand, and the maximum output efficiency of the total server is able to reach 96.6%.

With low load and high efficiency, energy-saving and land-saving, and the overall PUE value of the module is lower than 1.3。 

Open skylight is adopted in the closed channel, which is connected via fire control. If the fire alarm is given, the skylight will open automatically. Thus, it improves data center reliability and security overall. In accordance with the actual demand, a multi-module can be deployed in stages, and capacity can be expanded as required.
