Spare parts supply and supplement scheme
According to the sales record, KSTAR ensures a safe quantity of spare parts in each spare parts center. This helped us building a fast response of replacement requirement.

Warranty Period

According to the contract agreement, from the date of acceptance check of the equipment installation, we provide all the products one year warranty for free.
When the warranty period is  expired. , if the customer requires extended warranty or maintenance demand to equipment, our company will be fast response and actively cooperate to provide paid service to the customers with the most preferential price

Remote technical support service

Manufacturer's technical support
For All the equipment of our projects,except the generator and a certain monitoring system as our purchased parts, all other devices are manufactured and provided by KSTAR,and the after-sales service is provided by KSTAR.
Liability for breach of contract

During the warranty period, our company is responsible for the corresponding maintenance service,spare parts costs.

Other plans
For the high altitude areas in Burma or the high humidity and high salinity areas along the coast, we will increase the frequency of visits on inspection and service .
 
If necessary, our company can provide relevant support for the preliminary of the project and the follow-up  testing  and training of devices.
