The customer is a large-scale banknote printing company which is mainly engaged in the production and operation of currency printing, papermaking, value-added tax invoices, marketable securities, anti-counterfeit bills. It has high requirements for power supply and need  a power supply solution including  ATS Switch Cabinet，UPS input and output cabinet，UPS system，Battery pack and battery rack.

SOLUTION

Kstar technical team carefully designed the power supply and distribution solution according to the power environment of the network room of the printing company.

The solution adopts 2 sets of high efficiency 96.5% Kstar HPM series modular UPS, battery, ATS switch cabinet, Utility input cabinet,and output power distribution cabinet to form a double-bus power supply line. 

Two sets of 300KVA UPS provide power for the double bus. Both UPS carry 50% of the critical load and  the failure of any one of the UPS system would result in the entire load being assumed by the remaining healthy UPS thus increasing the reliability. Single UPS can run for 2 hours at full load.
