KSTAR is proud to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Changxin Golden Sunshine Power Supply Co., Ltd., has been officially recognized as a Provincial-Level “Intelligent Digital Factory” by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province.

This recognition highlights KSTAR's continued leadership in advancing intelligent, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing, under its strategy of being self-developed, self-produced, and digitally empowered.

Located in Yichun, Jiangxi Province, the factory was established in 2021 and serves as one of KSTAR's core production bases for lead-acid and lithium energy storage batteries. Covering 228 acres with an annual capacity of 3 million kVAh, its lead-acid battery products have ranked No.1 among domestic brands in mainland China for 12 consecutive years (ICT Research 2024–2025 Market Report).

Built on over 30 years of KSTAR's manufacturing expertise, the plant has created a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates production, management, and environmental operations：

l   Over 90% of equipment is digitally automated.

l   Intelligent sensors, MES systems, and digital twin technologies enable real-time monitoring and 95% predictive maintenance coverage, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

l   A smart logistics system ensures 100% material traceability and improves turnover efficiency by 55%.

l   A digital carbon management platform reduces lead emissions by 5.05 kg and hazardous waste by 353.1 tons annually, achieving both environmental and economic benefits.

l   The factory also integrates ERP and Big Data analytics across R&D, procurement, and sales, improving inventory turnover by 30% and market response speed.

Moving forward, Jiangxi Changxin Golden Sunshine Power will continue to deepen its digitalization journey, introducing AI-driven inspection and quality analysis systems to further enhance operational excellence.

As a provincial benchmark enterprise, the factory will actively contribute to Jiangxi's “1269” Digital Manufacturing Action Plan, driving high-quality and low-carbon growth—and reinforcing KSTAR's commitment to building a smarter, greener future for global power manufacturing.
