The rack-mounted liquid-liquid CDU is placed in the cabinet, with a built-in water pump providing power to the secondary side liquid cooling working fluid. The working fluid is channeled into each server through a water distributor. After exchanging heat with the chips, the working fluid returns to the CDU and discharges the heat to the primary side through a plate heat exchanger.
