Intelligent In-Row Liquid Cooling
In Row CDU

Power Input: 380V 3N~ 50/60Hz
The in-row CDU is placed between racks, with a built-in water pump providing power to the secondary-side liquid cooling medium. The mediumis channeled into each rack through a circular distribution pipeline. After exchanging heat with the chips, the medium returns to the CDU and discharges the heat to the primary side through a plate heat exchanger.
